A New Beginning: Corrie’s House Officially Opens Its Doors
Today marks a defining moment in the story of Corrie’s House — a moment years in the making, shaped by dedication, collaboration, and unwavering belief that every young survivor of sexual exploitation deserves a place where healing can begin.
On December 1, we officially opened the doors of our group residential facility for youth. This home has been thoughtfully designed to offer safety, compassion, and renewal at its core. More than a place to stay, it is a space where participants can regain stability, discover their strengths, and begin building a future free from exploitation.
To honor this milestone, we gathered for a Grand Opening Ceremony filled with gratitude and anticipation. Supporters, partners, and community members joined us to celebrate this vision coming to life. Together, we gave thanks for the many individuals who helped build this home, offered prayers for the youth who will one day walk through these doors, and recognized our remarkable residential staff — a team deeply committed to dignity, choice, and trauma-informed care.
As we move into this new chapter, our focus is clear. Youth who come to Corrie’s House will find a caring team ready to walk alongside them with therapeutic support, education, life skills, case management, and dependable relationships. Every service we offer is rooted in empowerment and the belief that healing thrives in environments where trust is nurtured and every young person is seen and valued.
Today, we proudly say, “Welcome to Corrie’s House — where healing and hope begin.”
To everyone who has advocated, donated, volunteered, prayed, encouraged, and stood beside us: thank you. Your support has opened the door to safety and possibility for young people who deserve nothing less.
Together, we step into a new beginning — one filled with hope, purpose, and the promise of renewal.
