Youth Advocate
This role is responsible for supervising and supporting youth participants at Corrie’s House, ensuring their safety, well-being, and progress toward independence. Key duties include monitoring behavior, providing crisis intervention, assisting with conflict resolution, and maintaining clear communication with staff. The position also involves supporting daily routines such as chores and meals, ensuring compliance with DHS licensing requirements, and accurately completing documentation and progress notes to foster a safe, structured, and positive living environment.
Case Manager
The Corrie’s House Case Manager supports youth in the residential program by building therapeutic relationships, providing supervision, and guiding them toward recovery, stability, and independence. Working closely with the Program Manager, this role develops and implements individualized Empowered Living and Transitional Services Plans, helps participants set and achieve personal goals, and facilitates family reunification or independent living. Key responsibilities include conducting weekly case management meetings, completing intake and discharge paperwork, arranging transportation, providing crisis intervention, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with DHS licensing requirements and documentation standards.
