Corrie’s House is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead a pioneering, high-impact organization serving youth who have experienced sexual exploitation or trafficking. Corrie’s House is the first and only licensed residential program in the Twin Cities providing both crisis and long-term specialized residential care for youth ages 12–17 who are at risk of or have experienced sexual exploitation. With strong organizational momentum, an engaged Board of Directors, broad community support, and a solid operational foundation, the organization is entering an exciting stage of growth and long-term impact.

Key Areas of Leadership
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive leader of Corrie’s House and is responsible for advancing the mission, strategic direction, organizational sustainability, and long-term impact of the organization.
Organizational Vision and Strategy
Partner with the Board of Directors to advance the mission, strategic priorities, and long-term growth of Corrie’s House while protecting the integrity of its trauma-informed model of care.
Culture and Leadership
Build and sustain a healthy organizational culture grounded in Corrie’s House values. Recruit, develop, and support strong leaders and teams while fostering accountability, trust, collaboration, and mission alignment.
Fundraising and Resource Development
Serve as the chief ambassador and storyteller for Corrie’s House. Lead fundraising strategy, major donor relationships, grants, partnerships, and signature fundraising efforts to ensure long-term sustainability.
Program Quality and Outcomes
Ensure strong systems of accountability, participant safety, trauma-informed care, and measurable outcomes that promote healing, permanency, education, stability, and long-term success for youth.
Financial and Organizational Stewardship
Provide oversight of financial health, budgeting, sustainability, operational systems, and responsible organizational growth.
Board Partnership and External Leadership
Partner closely with the Board of Directors while strengthening relationships with government agencies, funders, referral partners, vendors, and key community stakeholders.
Regulatory and Licensing Oversight
Ensure thoughtful navigation of regulatory, licensing, reporting, and compliance requirements associated with residential programming and state and federal partnerships.
The Leader We Are Seeking
The ideal candidate brings a blend of executive leadership, strategic thinking, organizational development, fundraising strength, and people leadership. Strong candidates will demonstrate:
Experience translating strategy into execution through systems, accountability, and organizational leadership
Strong financial and organizational stewardship, including budgeting, sustainability, and growth planning
Success in fundraising, partnership development, sales, business development, or revenue generation
Experience recruiting, developing, and leading strong teams while fostering healthy organizational culture
Commitment to quality, measurable outcomes, and mission impact
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring many of the following qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred
Significant executive or senior leadership from corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, or other mission-driven
environments with responsibility for strategy, operations, people leadership, and organizational performance
Demonstrated success in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, or revenue generation
Experience leading organizational growth, systems-building, and change management
Strong financial acumen, including oversight of budgets, forecasting, and organizational sustainability
Experience recruiting, developing, and leading strong teams while creating a healthy, accountable culture
Passion for Corrie’s House mission and commitment to trauma-informed, participant-centered care
Compensation and Work Environment
This full-time position reports to the Board of Directors of Corrie’s House.
Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.
Location: Hybrid position based in the Twin Cities eastern metro, with work occurring in office, residential, community, and virtual settings.
